To submit a ticket to Granite, you can elect to do so via an email or calling repair:

Granite contacts

Email for initial ticket submission: [email protected]

Email for escalation purposes:  [email protected]

Repair:  866-847-5500, have subaccount, local contact, description, and service address prepared.

Email template to submit a repair ticket to Granite

Subject line to include sub-account number, service address, service (voice or Internet) and a brief description of the issue.

Example:  Account 05102693| 175 DYCKMAN ST   NEW YORK  NY 10034 | CID -  231759401 BB- 600M/35M| BB circuit is Hard Down

Body of the email should include the following details:

Description of the experience, date/time first reported:  Ex) Currently we have no internet from the circuit, running off the backup.  First reported 1/8/24 at 9a EST.
