Approach and Docking: Harbor East Marina is at the base of the new Legg Mason building. When you have the 'Domino Sugar' sign off your port stern the marina will be visible to your starboard bow, hail us on channel 16/68. Fairway and slips clearly marked. On windy days, pay particular attention to the direction/speed of the wind, as it tends to change rapidly.
