Dock and Dine: The dock is rented out by Freedom, its the first dock by office park on the south side (erie steak and seafood) - first come/first serve, no charge, no time limit

Parking:  Complimentary Parking on-site. Southside lot is for use for after hours parking if accessing mile long pier. (by restaurant and beach - traingle-ish shape on google maps *check in marina map kb*)

• People renting a slip are able to keep their boat trailers in the public lot.  They need to inform the people in the office it is theirs so no one gets it towed. ,  
• Public boat launch users are not able to keep trailers in the parking lot at the marina only if there is space at the launch ramp.

Pump Out: Yes.  

*Fuel dock and pump out will be open until November 21st, limited avail through Nov 30th

Boat ramp: Yes, at the marina across from the Coast Guard station (recommended 34' and smaller) & The Black River Wharf Launch - both are public use, it is $5 for boats and $2 for kayaks | The bathrooms at our Launch are out of service, need to come to marina.

Security:  yes. OpenPath app is used to gain access to facility
