1. Tracking Free Nights: Homeport General Manager Responsibility

  • Homeport General Managers (GMs) are responsible for tracking the usage of annual boaters' free nights.
  • Maintain a record of boaters who have available free nights within the year.

 

2. Confirming Available Free Nights: Boater's Interaction with Homeport General Manager

  • Boaters should reach out to their Homeport GM.
  • Homeport GMs confirm the number of available free nights for the annual boaters.
  • GMs should ensure accuracy in verifying the remaining free nights.

 

3. Setting Up Free Night Dates: Homeport General Mmanager Coordinates with Visiting Location General Manager

  • Homeport GMs communicate with the GM of the visiting location to arrange free night dates.
  • The Homeport GM should provide essential information to the Visiting Location GM, including:
    • Boater's Name
    • Email Address
    • Phone Number
    • Vessel Name
    • LOA (Length Overall)
    • Power Requirements

 

4. Reserving Free Night Dates: Visiting Location General Manager Takes Action

  • The Visiting Location GM reserves the agreed-upon free night dates directly within their MMS (Marina Management System) platform.
  • All provided information must be accurately entered for a seamless reservation process.
  • A confirmation should be emailed to the guest.
